Can I Switch Between Expert & Customer Accounts?
No — on Hire Local, you cannot switch between roles within the same account. To keep things simple and avoid confusion:

Why Separate Accounts?
- Keeps job and message history separate
- Avoids mixing up your hiring and service activity
- Allows you to have two different profiles — one for finding work, one for posting jobs
- Makes account management and support easier
How to Set Up Both Roles
If you want to use Hire Local as both a customer and an expert, you’ll need to:
- Create one account using Email #1 for your customer profile
- Log out, then register a second account using Email #2 for your expert profile
Each account will have its own login, dashboard, and notifications.
Tip
Use two different email addresses you check regularly. If needed, you can:
- Use a work email for one and a personal email for the other
- Set up a free secondary email with Gmail, Outlook, etc.
