Choosing a Subscription Plan
To apply for jobs and stay visible to customers, experts on Hire Local must choose a subscription plan. This keeps the platform running fairly, reduces spam, and helps serious experts stand out.
Why Do Experts Need a Plan?
Hire Local is a quality-first platform — we don’t use credit systems or take a cut from your earnings. Instead, you choose a monthly or yearly plan that gives you full access to:
- Unlimited job applications
- Profile visibility to customers
- Full use of the dashboard and messaging system
- Priority in search results (for paid plans)
Plan Options
Hire Local offers different plans depending on how actively you want to work:
1. Starter Trial (Free – 14 days)
- For new experts
- Apply to jobs and test the platform
- Limited visibility in search results
- Expires automatically after 2 weeks
2. Monthly Plan
- Full access for 30 days
- Apply to unlimited jobs
- Profile featured higher in search
- Paid via bank transfer
3. Yearly Plan
- Same as Monthly, but cheaper long-term
- One-time payment
- Best for committed experts who want consistent work
How to Choose a Plan
- Go to your Expert Dashboard
- Click on Subscription
- View available plans
- Select the one you want and proceed to payment
If using bank transfer, you’ll be given payment instructions and your plan will be activated once the payment is confirmed manually.
Can I Switch Plans Later?
Yes — you can upgrade from monthly to yearly at any time.
If you don’t renew before your plan ends, your profile will become inactive, and you won’t be able to apply for jobs until you reactivate.
Cancellation & Refunds
- You can cancel your plan from your dashboard
- No refunds are issued once the plan starts (as per our refund policy)
- You can continue to use it until it expires
