If you’re stuck, have a question, or need help resolving an issue, Hire Local’s support team is here to help. We offer several ways for you to get in touch, depending on the problem.
Where to Find Support

- Log into your account
- Go to the Help or Support tab
- Browse articles or click “Contact Support”
2. Contact Form
If you can’t log in or need help from outside the platform:
- Visit: hirelocal.co.nz/contact
- Fill out your name, email, and a short message
- Attach screenshots if needed

What to Include in Your Support Request
To get help faster, always include:
- Your full name and registered email
- Whether you’re a customer or expert
- A clear description of the issue
- Job title or ID (if relevant)
- Screenshots or error messages, if available
Response Time
- Most requests are answered within 1 business day
- Complex issues may take longer if we need to investigate
- Emergency issues (e.g. account locked, payment failed) are prioritized
