Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password or want to change it for security reasons, Hire Local makes it easy to reset and regain access to your account.

If you can’t log in:
- Go to the Hire Local login page
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter the email address linked to your account
- Check your inbox for a password reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder if the email doesn’t show up within a few minutes.
Want to Change Your Password While Logged In?
If you’re already logged into your dashboard:
- Go to Account Settings
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password and your new password
- Click Save Changes
Password Tips
- Use a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Don’t reuse passwords from other platforms
- Consider using a password manager if you have multiple accounts (e.g. one for Expert, one for Customer)
